Dr. Greg Waddell

Director of Institutional Improvement

Dr. Greg Waddell was a missionary in Uruguay and Argentina from 1982 to August of 2004. Greg is now serving as the Assistant to the President for Institutional Effectiveness at Mid-South Christian College. His responsibilities with MSCC include: teaching classes in theology and leadership and leading the school through the process of achieving full accreditation.

Greg has a Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree from Regent University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Christian Ministries and an Master of Arts in Practical Theology from Cincinnati Bible College and Seminary (now Cincinnati Christian University). He also completed a second M.A. degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Azusa Pacific University. Greg and his wife Dawn have three children: Leah (now a Hamilton), Adina, and Aaron. The Waddells are living in Southaven, Mississippi just across the state line from Tennessee.
